The ResMed Swift FX nasal pillow cushion is the dual-wall silicone pillow insert for the Swift FX, Swift FX for Her, Swift FX Bella and Swift FX Bella Gray nasal pillow masks. The dual-wall design combines a soft inner wall for comfort with a firmer outer wall for support, while an integrated flexible trampoline base at the cushion's foundation allows the pillow to adapt dynamically to facial movement and position changes throughout the night without losing seal integrity. This flex-chamber action makes the Swift FX cushion particularly effective for active sleepers and higher therapy pressure users. Available in four sizes — Extra Small, Small, Medium and Large — with all four sizes interchangeable across the entire Swift FX mask range. Swift FX for Her masks are supplied with Extra Small, Small and Medium as standard.

Please note: Swift FX nasal pillow cushions are not compatible with the Swift FX Nano mask despite similar fittings. Select your size carefully — Extra Small and Small are standard in Swift FX for Her packs; Small, Medium and Large are standard in Swift FX and Swift FX Bella Gray packs.
