Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used masks and mask components cannot be returned. Unused items may be returned if sealed and in original condition within the return period. Machines in unopened, original packaging may be eligible for return subject to our returns policy.

All new CPAP machines include manufacturer warranty coverage, typically between 2 and 3 years depending on the brand and model. Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer. Please retain your order confirmation and proof of purchase for any warranty enquiries.
