The lid must always be in place during therapy to maintain a secure, leak-free seal on the water chamber. It is dishwasher safe for easy weekly cleaning and should be replaced whenever it appears worn or damaged to ensure consistent humidification performance and hygiene throughout nightly therapy.

Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
