ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP Machine, Humidified Starter Kit
The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is a premium auto-adjusting CPAP device designed for the prescribed treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. It continuously adjusts therapy pressure throughout the night in response to the patient's breathing patterns using ResMed's proven AutoSet algorithm. SmartStart initiates therapy automatically when breathing is detected, AutoRamp delivers a gentle pressure rise after sleep onset, and the Easy-Breathe motor ensures whisper-quiet operation. This starter kit pairs a used, tested AirSense 10 AutoSet and power supply with the new parts needed for humidified therapy: an Alvera AquaPure 10 water chamber, an Alvera ThermaAir 10 heated tube, a pack of 10 Alvera PureFlow 10 filters and an Alvera AirGuard filter cover. A CPAP mask is not included and must be purchased separately, so you can choose the type and size that fits you.
myAir compatible: UK and EU customers can connect to the myAir app for therapy coaching, nightly compliance score and usage tracking.
Please note: The machine and power supply are used items. The water chamber, heated tube, filters and filter cover are new. The AquaPure 10 chamber slides into the humidifier bay of the AirSense 10, so the kit is ready for heated humidification. A CPAP mask is sold separately.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
This item is pre-owned and comes with a 90-day Elarix Medical warranty, starting on the day it is delivered.
Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 14-day change of mind. Tell us within 14 days of delivery at info@cpapsupply.co.uk or on +44 780 264 4820 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Unopened and sealed items are refunded in full, including the standard delivery you paid.
- Hygiene items (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, headgear, tubing, filters, chinstraps, water chambers, wipes and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, even if unused.
- Opened machines and devices: up to 40% is deducted if only opened to inspect, and up to the full price if used, as a medical device used after delivery cannot be resold in the same condition.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
