We recommend returning an item only if it is damaged or faulty. If you wish to return an opened item, please contact us in advance to discuss any applicable restocking fees, as the item may need to be resold as used.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging for a different item, shipping costs for the replacement will also be covered by the customer.
