The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet (Ref. 37245) is a premium auto-adjusting CPAP device designed for the prescribed treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. It continuously adjusts therapy pressure throughout the night in response to the patient's breathing patterns using ResMed's proven AutoSet algorithm. SmartStart initiates therapy automatically when breathing is detected, AutoRamp delivers a gentle pressure rise after sleep onset, and the Easy-Breathe motor ensures whisper-quiet operation. This listing includes the AirSense 10 AutoSet machine, SlimLine tube, SD card, power supply, travel bag, air filter and user manuals. CPAP mask, HumidAir humidifier and ClimateLineAir heated tubing are not included and must be purchased separately.
myAir compatible: UK and EU customers can connect to the myAir app for therapy coaching, nightly compliance score and usage tracking.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
