Why the Air Filter Matters
The air filter is a consumable component. Its function is to prevent dust, lint and airborne debris from entering the flow generator during nightly therapy. A blocked or degraded filter restricts intake airflow, which can affect device performance and, over time, place additional load on the motor.
ResMed classifies this as a standard filter. It is not an ultra-fine or hypoallergenic filter. Check your device documentation or ask your prescribing clinician if a specific filter grade has been recommended for your therapy setup.
Compatibility
These filters are compatible with ResMed S9 series and AirSense 10 series machines. Compatibility with other ResMed device families is not confirmed by this listing. Check the filter part number against your device manual before ordering if you are unsure.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.

Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
