ResMed AirFit F20 Full Face CPAP Mask Starter Pack with Small, Medium and Large Cushions, New
The AirFit F20 starter pack, reference 63450, is the full face mask supplied with all three cushion sizes in one box: small, medium and large. It exists because cushion sizing on a full face mask cannot be settled from a chart. The same face can seal on a medium and leak on a large, and the only reliable test is a night on each. Buying the three together removes the exchange and the week of waiting that follows a wrong first guess, which is where most people give up on a new mask.
The mask covers the nose and the mouth, so therapy continues through a blocked nose and through mouth breathing. The cushion is the InfinitySeal design, sealing from the bridge of the nose to below the mouth, with loops and varying wall thickness worked into the sides of the nose where a full face cushion normally blows out first. That region, either side of the nasal bridge, is the usual source of air tracking up into the eyes, and it is what the cushion geometry is built to address.
The frame is soft and flexible with integrated padding, and it carries no forehead support. The frame sits low under the eyes and rises above the ears, so the field of view is open: reading or watching television before sleep is possible, and the design suits anyone who finds a forehead bar enclosing. The headgear is padded, and magnetic clips guide the straps onto the frame, which is the difference between fitting a mask one handed in the dark and fumbling for a buckle.
A quick release elbow lets therapy be stopped and restarted without taking the mask off or disturbing the fit, and the vent diffuses the exhaled air so the flow is spread rather than directed at a bed partner. Three headgear sizes are made for this mask; the standard size is the one supplied here, with small and large sold separately. The same frame also accepts AirTouch F20 memory foam cushions, so a user who cannot settle on a silicone seal has a route to a different cushion material without buying another mask.

Features
- All three cushion sizes in one box, small, medium and large, so sizing is settled by trial rather than by a chart.
- InfinitySeal cushion, sealing from the bridge of the nose to below the mouth, with loops and varying wall thickness at the sides of the nose.
- No forehead support, with the frame low under the eyes and high above the ears, leaving the field of view open.
- Soft flexible frame with integrated padding, so the mask moves with a change of sleeping position.
- Padded headgear with magnetic clips, which guide the straps onto the frame one handed.
- Quick release elbow, so therapy stops and restarts without taking the mask off.
- Diffused vent, spreading the exhaled air rather than directing it at a bed partner.
- Cushions click into the standard frame, so changing size is a cushion swap rather than a new mask.
- Frame also accepts AirTouch F20 memory foam cushions, giving a route to a different cushion material on the same frame.
- Three headgear sizes made for this mask, with standard supplied and small and large available separately.
Points to note before ordering
- Standard headgear only. One standard headgear is supplied. Small and large headgear are separate items and are not part of this pack.
- Single patient use. A full face mask is a single patient item and is not to be shared or passed on.
-
Service life guide. Cushions are typically changed every one to three months, headgear every three to six months and the complete mask every nine to twelve months, sooner where the seal, the straps or the frame show wear. The instructions for use supplied with the mask govern cleaning and service life.
