The Zopec Explore Mini CPAP Battery is a lightweight portable power solution designed to keep CPAP therapy running during travel or unexpected power outages. Weighing approximately 1 lb, this compact CPAP battery is suitable for flights, road trips, and home backup use.
Designed with mobility in mind, the Zopec Explore Mini CPAP Battery is FAA compliant for carry-on luggage, remaining under the 160 Wh airline limit. It combines portability with intelligent power management to support uninterrupted therapy when mains electricity is unavailable.
Reliable Power for Travel and Backup
This CPAP battery includes an integrated AutoSwitch UPS function. In the event of a power cut, it automatically switches to battery mode without interrupting therapy. As a result, users can continue treatment without manually reconnecting cables.
Furthermore, the battery supports USB-C Power Delivery fast charging. A full recharge typically takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, helping ensure the unit is ready for the next night’s use.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
This item is brand new and comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 14-day change of mind. Tell us within 14 days of delivery at info@cpapsupply.co.uk or on +44 780 264 4820 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Unopened and sealed items are refunded in full, including the standard delivery you paid.
- Hygiene items (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, headgear, tubing, filters, chinstraps, water chambers, wipes and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, even if unused.
- Opened machines and devices: up to 40% is deducted if only opened to inspect, and up to the full price if used, as a used medical device can no longer be sold as new.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
