The Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite is a compact CPAP Backup Battery designed to keep therapy running during travel, camping, or unexpected power cuts. Purpose-built for CPAP use, it delivers reliable overnight power and can remain connected as an automatic backup at home. If mains electricity fails, the battery takes over instantly to prevent interruption.
With a 95 Wh capacity, this CPAP Backup Battery is FAA-approved for carry-on travel. It is suitable for flights and off-grid use, offering flexibility wherever you sleep. The lightweight design makes it easy to pack, while integrated USB charging and a built-in torch add everyday convenience.
Reliable Backup and Travel Power
The Pilot-24 Lite can operate as a standalone portable battery or remain connected between your CPAP and the wall socket. When used as a backup, it charges while your device runs. If power drops, seamless switchover ensures continuous therapy without disruption.
Because it is engineered specifically for CPAP machines, no inverter is required. Attachments are included for certain compatible devices, simplifying setup.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
This item is brand new and comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 14-day change of mind. Tell us within 14 days of delivery at info@cpapsupply.co.uk or on +44 780 264 4820 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Unopened and sealed items are refunded in full, including the standard delivery you paid.
- Hygiene items (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, headgear, tubing, filters, chinstraps, water chambers, wipes and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, even if unused.
- Opened machines and devices: up to 40% is deducted if only opened to inspect, and up to the full price if used, as a used medical device can no longer be sold as new.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
