Cleaning your CPAP doesn’t have to be complicated, you simply press the only button on the device, and Rescomf™ does the rest. Using activated oxygen, Rescomf™ eliminates 99.9 percent of CPAP bacteria, germs, and other pathogens. No disassembly. No water. No chemicals. Just simple, automated cleaning.
Step 1: Clean Your Mask And Hose.
1) For a non-heated hose: With mask attached, plug your hose into VirtuCLEAN and put the mask inside the Rescomf bag and zip the bag.
2) For a heated hose: detach your mask and plug the end of the hose that usually attaches to the mask into Rescomf, then put the mask and the other end of the hose (with the connectors) inside the bag and zip the bag.
3) Turn Rescomf on and wait 30 minutes. The machine will beep 5 times when the cleaning cycle is complete, and then turn itself off.
Step 2: Clean Your Machine And Humidifier
4) Take the mask and hose out of the bag.
5) If you have a humidifier, dump out any water.
6) Reconnect the hose to the humidifier (which is attached to the CPAP machine) or if you do not have a humidifier, reconnect the hose to the machine. Turn on Rescomf and wait 30 minutes.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 14-day change of mind. Tell us within 14 days of delivery at info@cpapsupply.co.uk or on +44 780 264 4820 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Unopened and sealed items are refunded in full, including the standard delivery you paid.
- Hygiene items (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, headgear, tubing, filters, chinstraps, water chambers, wipes and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, even if unused.
- Opened machines and devices: up to 40% is deducted if only opened to inspect, and up to the full price if used, as a used medical device can no longer be sold as new.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
