ResMed HumidX Waterless Humidification Cartridges for AirMini — 3 Pack (Ref 38809)
The ResMed HumidX 3-pack (Ref 38809) provides three disposable Heat and Moisture Exchanger (HME) cartridges designed exclusively for use with the AirMini travel CPAP machine. HumidX provides waterless humidification by capturing heat and moisture from exhaled air within the cartridge's fine paper ridges, then releasing it back into the inhaled airflow during therapy. No water chamber, water tank or heated tubing is required. Each cartridge inserts directly between the mask connector and the vent and lasts 30 days from the date of opening, giving 90 days of humidified therapy from this 3-pack. This standard HumidX is designed for use in normal and moderately humid environments. For dry climates, aircraft cabins or high-altitude conditions, HumidX Plus is recommended instead. Compatible with AirFit N20, AirFit P10 for AirMini and AirFit N30 nasal masks only. Not compatible with F20 or F30 full face masks. Genuine ResMed product, supplied new and sealed.

Please note: HumidX is not compatible with AirFit F20, AirTouch F20 or AirFit F30 full face masks — these require the HumidX F20 cartridge instead. Replace each cartridge within 30 days of opening regardless of how many nights it has been used. HumidX Plus is available separately for dry climates, aircraft cabins and high-altitude conditions. Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
This item is brand new and comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 14-day change of mind. Tell us within 14 days of delivery at info@cpapsupply.co.uk or on +44 780 264 4820 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Unopened and sealed items are refunded in full, including the standard delivery you paid.
- Hygiene items (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, headgear, tubing, filters, chinstraps, water chambers, wipes and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, even if unused.
- Opened machines and devices: up to 40% is deducted if only opened to inspect, and up to the full price if used, as a used medical device can no longer be sold as new.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
