AirFit N20 Replacement Cushion
This AirFit N20 replacement cushion is a new consumable interface component designed to restore the nasal seal on the ResMed AirFit N20 mask system. It is available in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Select the correct size before ordering.
New and Boxed
Supplied new in original packaging. Contents checked against the packing list. Commissioning and verification of fit remain with the operating organisation or the prescribing clinician.
Size Selection
Three sizes are available on this page: Small, Medium and Large. The correct cushion size is determined by the mask fitting guide supplied with the original AirFit N20 mask frame. If you are unsure of your size, ask before ordering. Fitting an incorrect size will compromise the seal and may affect therapy compliance.
Practical Notes
Replacement interval, consumable cushions should be replaced on the schedule recommended in the manufacturer instructions. Nightly use causes gradual degradation of the silicone seal surface, which reduces interface effectiveness over time.
Compatibility, this cushion is for the AirFit N20 nasal mask system. It is not confirmed compatible with other AirFit variants such as the AirFit F20. Check the part number and size markings on your existing cushion before ordering.
Manufacturer instructions take precedence, the notes above are general guidance only. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product for fitting, cleaning and replacement intervals.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
This item is brand new and comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 14-day change of mind. Tell us within 14 days of delivery at info@cpapsupply.co.uk or on +44 780 264 4820 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Unopened and sealed items are refunded in full, including the standard delivery you paid.
- Hygiene items (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, headgear, tubing, filters, chinstraps, water chambers, wipes and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, even if unused.
- Opened machines and devices: up to 40% is deducted if only opened to inspect, and up to the full price if used, as a used medical device can no longer be sold as new.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
