UK Delivery

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for all orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.

  • Free UK Delivery: Automatically applied at checkout for all orders over £150.

All UK deliveries include tracking information and are dispatched using reliable courier services with signed or confirmed delivery.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, and Royal Mail International.

Returns & Hygiene Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Authorised in advance

Refund Policy

We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5 working days of return inspection.

  • Full Refunds: Issued for sealed, unused items in original condition.

  • Partial Refunds: May be applied (up to 50% deduction) if:

    • Packaging is damaged

    • Accessories or documentation are missing

    • Signs of use or handling are present

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Return Instructions
