It is dishwasher safe for easy weekly cleaning and should be replaced whenever it appears worn or damaged to ensure consistent humidification performance and hygiene throughout nightly therapy.

Please note: This lid is not compatible with any version of the DreamStation 1. It is a lid only — the water tank is sold separately.

UK mainland: Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.

UK mainland and islands: standard delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.

Europe, USA and Canada: delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days.

Other international destinations: delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty and local tax, which are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

CPAPSupply offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.

Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.

For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.

Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
