Philips Trilogy Evo Portable Hospital to Home Ventilator

Ventilator for Reliable Portable and Long Term Respiratory Support

The Philips Trilogy Evo ventilator is a next generation portable life support device designed to deliver consistent, high performance ventilation across hospital, transport and home care environments. It is suitable for both invasive and non invasive ventilation, supporting adult and paediatric patients through the entire care pathway.

Engineered with advanced monitoring and adaptive algorithms, Trilogy Evo automatically adjusts to changes in patient condition and leak dynamics. It offers a wide range of ventilation modes, including pressure control, volume control and spontaneous timed ventilation. With an internal battery and detachable battery providing up to 15 hours of operation and an intuitive touchscreen interface, the system supports flexible, mobile and safe respiratory care in all settings.

Key Ventilation Modes

  • A/C VC and A/C PC (assist control volume and pressure).
  • CPAP and S/T (spontaneous timed ventilation).
  • SIMV (VC and PC), MPV (mouthpiece), PSV and EPAP.
  • Advanced support including AVAPS, Auto Trak and dual limb circuit configurations.

Included Accessories

  • Tubing (patient circuit) as shown in product images. Other accessories may vary by configuration and order.

For Use in Dynamic Environments

With expanded cross functionality, Philips Trilogy Evo is suitable for chronic and critical patients in a variety of settings, including sub acute or chronic care units, patients homes and during everyday activities. The ventilator is designed with robust housing and accessories to protect against damage during travel and medical transport.

Long Lasting Battery Life

Ventilator dependent patients are supported by both internal and detachable lithium ion batteries, with a combined nominal run time of up to 15 hours. Compared with older systems such as Trilogy 100, Trilogy Evo offers a higher level of freedom and mobility. It can be mounted on a roll stand or wheelchair and used with a carry bag for transport.

Meeting Changing Patient Needs

Trilogy Evo provides invasive and non invasive support with high sensitivity for a broad range of adult and paediatric patients. Volume and pressure modes, AVAPS AE, plus optional SpO₂ and EtCO₂ monitoring with alarms on all monitored parameters, allow adaptable care. Flexible circuit options support use across many clinical scenarios.

Streamlined Data Accessibility

Trilogy Evo uses Bluetooth connectivity to transmit patient and device information to Care Orchestrator, the Philips cloud based management platform. This integrates technologies, data and workflows to support management of respiratory patients. Critical data can also be downloaded directly at the point of care via USB for local review and documentation.
